Camp K-9 Policies
In order to provide the safest and most fun Camp K-9 of Marin environment, all campers are assigned to a social playgroup and/or a private camp situation. If a camper is aggressive toward other campers and/or to our staff, we reserve the right to refuse service.
Hours of Operation
Monday-Friday: 7am-11am and 1pm-7pm. Front desk closed between 11am- 1pm for lunch.
Saturday and Sunday: 9am-11am and 4pm-6pm
Classes, events and special appointments are held at their scheduled times. Camp K-9 of Marin's Front Desk is closed on Holidays.

Vaccinations
We require written proof of Rabies, DHLPP (or equivalent) and Bordatella vaccinations. Puppies must be at least 12 weeks old with 2 sets of DHLPP and Bordatella completed. If campers are not current, they must have all required vaccinations at least ONE WEEK PRIOR to attending Camp K-9 of Marin. Please bring shot records to your interview or fax ahead to (415) 9241122.
Making Reservations
Reservations are required for all day camp and overnight stays and training appointments. They are easy to make, just contact us by phone, fax or email. We highly recommend scheduling early to reserve your "Spot", particularly for overnight stays. Ask about our discounted day camp package and also about our "re-occurring" Day Camp schedule to assure your reservation!
Cancellation Policy
Day Camp and training appointments require 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments that are skipped or cancelled without proper notice will be billed at the regular rate.
Overnight stays require 48 hours notice to cancel. Appointments that are skipped or cancelled without proper notice will be billed for a two-night minimum stay.
Holiday overnight reservations require 10 days notice to change or cancel. All holiday appointments require a $150.00 deposit in order to secure your reservation. The December/January Holiday season requires a $250.00 deposit in order to secure your reservation. All deposits will not be refunded for reservations that are cancelled without proper notification.
Reservations open for Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's holidays will be accepted starting August 15th.
All reservations are held with a credit card.
Eats and Treats
We proudly serve California Natural as our "Camp Chow", a premium quality and tasty diet that is on the coveted "Whole Dog Journal" top dog food list. If your dog is on a special or restricted diet, we can easily accommodate raw food diets, homemade diets and other special preparations. Please bring your dog's special food pre-packaged in a sealed container, labeled with their name and feeding instructions.
Medications
We can easily administer simple medications while your pet is staying with us. Please bring in the prescribed medication, clearly labeled with your dog's name and written instructions. We are unable to administer formal veterinary treatments such as shots and will not accept a dog that is being treated for any transmittable diseases.
What to Wear
Each dog should wear a properly fitted, flat or martingale collar. No metal or constriction collars such as pinch or choke collars are allowed.
What to Bring
We provide open space to run, bedding to snuggle in, full food and water bowls, nap rooms and plenty of toys to chew and chase. We've got everything necessary for sheer canine bliss! Just remember your dog, a flat collar and any special medications or meals.
Overnight guests may bring ONE comfort item from home ONLY if it can safely be left with them when unsupervised. Camp K-9 of Marin assumes no liability for chewed, destroyed, dirty, lost or buried items.
Overnight Checkout Policy
You are invited to check in anytime during office hours on your day of arrival. Checkout time is at 11am on your day of departure and overnight charges are based on the actual nights spent here. Guests picked up after 11am will be charged for a full day of day camp.
